First of all, they need to be drug tested... It is drugs that make teens act in this manner. They had probably been drinking that night as well which could also explain their actions. These girls need to find God and I encourage their parents to drug test them. If positive, they need to quickly be placed in rehab, that way they can get the help that they deserve.
